| Abstract: | Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá problematikou dopravy v hlavním městě České republiky, porovnává problémy pražské dopravy s dopravou v jiných městech a dává ji do souvislostí s legislativou. Cílem práce je nalézt souvislosti mezi potřebami města z hlediska dopravy a právním zakotvením těchto potřeb, odhalit problémy legislativy vztahující se na dopravu jakožto specifické odvětví ekonomiky a navrhnout možná řešení. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's Thesis consider the problems of transport (and transporting system) in Prague, the Capital of the Czech Republic as a specific kind of transport problematic. Transport in Prague is compared withother city logistics systems around our country and is given into the connection with legislation as a very important part of it's being. My hope is to find out all the junctions between the needs of Prague (reality) and the legislative actions (the theoretical base for it), discover weak aspects of our rules and to describe pssible resolution to this problem. |
