| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza současné demografické situace v Japonsku a Rusku. Blíže se práce zabývá zejména problematikou stárnutí populace, které je také rozebráno v teoretické části, stejně jako aktuální globální demografické trendy. Práce predikuje různé varianty demografického vývoje a v některých případě navrhuje možnosti řešení problémů. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the current demographic situation in Japan and Russia. The work focuses especially on the issue of an aging population, which is also discussed in the theoretical part, as well as the current global demographic trends. The bachelor thesis predicts possible variations of demographic trends and in some cases also suggests solution to the problems. |
