| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá moderní rozvojovou metodou, heutagogikou. Heutagogika je označována také jako sebeurčující učení, tedy učení na základě vnitřní motivace. Heutagogika byla poprvé představena v roce 2000 Stewartem Hasem a Chrisem Kenyonem. Práce se dále zabývá situací na trhu vzdělávacích služeb v České republice, analyzuje využívání heutagogického přístupu mezi poskytovateli tréninkových služeb a definuje klíčové bariéry, které omezují využívání heutagogiky v českém prostředí. K tomuto účelu byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum mezi předními dodavateli tréninkových služeb v ČR. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the modern development method, heutagogy. Heutagogy can also be described as self-dtermined learning or learning based on inner motivation. The idea of heutagogy was first published by Stewart Hase and Chris Kenyon in 2000. The thesis deals with the current situation in the market of corporate education in the Czech Republic, analyzes the use of heutagogical principles among the suppliers of corporate education in the Czech Republic and defines key barriers that limits use of this approach in the Czech Republic. Therefore qualitative research among the top suppliers of the corporate education was done. |
