| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na strategickou analýzu, jež aplikuje na konkrétní firmě Lubomír Šanda -SAN v Táboře. Cílem je provést kompletní strategickou analýzu dle vybraných metod, získat patřičné informace a na jejich základě analyzovat stávající situaci podniku a navrhnout případná opatření či doporučení, které povedou ke zlepšení postavení dané společnosti na trhu. |
