| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat personální práce v malé firmě z oblasti stavebnictví, která se zabývá rekonstrukcí bytů, bytových jader, koupelen a kuchyní. První část práce porovnává teoretická východiska a uplatňované postupy. V části praktické je charakterizována firma XYZ a následně jsou identifikovány přednosti a nedostatky vykonávaných personálních činností v této firmě a navržena opatření ke zlepšení současného stavu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze the personnel work in a concrete small firm in the field of engineering that deals with the reconstruction of the flats, core housing, renovation of bathrooms and kitchens. The work is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The first part compares theoretical with applied procedures. The practical part characterizes a small firm XYZ. In this part the strengths and weaknesses of personnel activities in a small firm are described and measures to improve the current situation are proposed. |
