| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analýza současného stavu firmy Jaroslava Kojetinská v oblastech marketingu, managementu, finančního a personálního řízení a návrh opatření k zajištění prosperity. V teoretické části je popsána metodika a základní definice zmíněných oblastí řízení. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, kde byly jednotlivé oblasti řízení analyzovány, a na základě zjištěných poznatků byla navrhnuta řešení, která pomohou firmě zvýšit konkurenceschopnost. |

| Abstract: | The objective of this work is to analyze actual condition of the company Jaroslava Kojetinská in the fields of marketing, management, financial management and human resource management . Methodology and basic definitions of the analyzed fields are described in the theoretical part. The practical part builds on the theoretical part, where each field was analyzed and then there were suggested solutions, which can help improve competitiveness of the firm. |
