| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat možnosti, přednosti a nedostatky využití role personalisty jako HR business partnera v podmínkách vybrané nadnárodní bankovní společnosti se sídlem v Praze, porovnat role personalisty a HR business partnera, uvést příklady dobré praxe, popřípadě navrhnout řešení zjištěných nedostatků. Teoretická část vymezuje pojetí řízení lidských zdrojů, činnosti řízení lidských zdrojů, organizační začlenění a uspořádání útvaru lidských zdrojů, roli personalisty a HR business partnera. Praktická část shrnuje příklady dobré praxe a působení HR business partnerů v ČR a analyzuje roli personalisty jako HR business partnera ve vybrané společnosti. Bakalářská práce je zpracována s využitím odborné literatury, internetových zdrojů, interních dokumentů a rozhovoru s HR business partnerkou. |

| Abstract: | The goal ot the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the possibilities, advantages and disadvantages of the use of the role of HR manager as HR business partner in terms of selected multinational banking company based in Prague; to compare the role of HR manager and HR business partner; to bring examples of best practice, and to propose solutions to identified deficiencies. The theoretical part defines the concept of human resource management, human resource management activities, organizational integration and organization of the human resources department, the role of HR manager and HR business partner. The practical part summarizes examples of best practice and influence of HR business partners in the Czech Republic. It also analyzes the role of HR manager as HR business partner in the selected company. The bachelor's thesis is prepared by using literature, Internet resources, internal documents and interview with HR business partner. |
