| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza personální práce ve společnosti KOVOLIS HEDVIKOV a.s., která se zabývá sléváním hliníkových slitin pro automobilový průmysl. Teoretická část vymezuje úlohu personální práce a náplň základních personálních činností v podniku. Praktická část analyzuje plánování, získávání, výběr, řízení pracovního výkonu, hodnocení, odměňování, vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti, porovnává skutečný stav s teoretickými východisky a navrhuje vhodná opatření ke zlepšení stávající situace a zvýšení efektivity personálních činností v podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is an analysis of personnel management in the company KOVOLIS HEDVIKOV a.s., wich is engaged in casting of aluminium alloys for automotive industry. The theoretical part defines the role of personnel management and content of basic personnel activities in the company. The practical part analyzes the planning, recruitment, selection, performance management, compensation, assessment, training and development of employees in selected companies, compares the actual situation with theoretical and proposes appropriate measures to improve the current situation and increase the efficiency of personnel activities in the company. |
