| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat personální činnosti (plánování, získávání, výběr, přijímaní, adaptace, hodnocení, odměňování a vzdělávání zaměstnanců, péče o zaměstnance a pracovní podmínky a personální informační systém) v podniku Patria Kobylí, a.s., porovnat teoretická východiska a používané postupy, určit přednosti a nedostatky provádění jednotlivých personálních činností, popřípadě navrhnout vhodná opatření ke zlepšení současného stavu. Bakalářská práce je zpracována na základě odborné literatury, rozhovorů se zaměstnanci a interní dokumentace. |

| Abstract: | The target of this work is to analyze the personal activities (staff planning, recruitment, selection, hiring, adaptation, evaluation and reward employees, subsequent training, analysis care for employees, working conditions and human resource information system) in Patria Kobylí, and compare it with theory and used procedure, determine strengths and weaknesses individual personnel activities, as the case may be propose suitable measures to improve the current situation. Bachelor thesis is based on technical literature, interviews with employees and in-house documentation. |
