| Abstract: | Téma této bakalářské práce se začleňuje do oboru trestního práva. Jejím cílem je přiblížit problematiku systému trestů, neboli druhů trestů podle trestního zákoníku. V první části práce jsou zkráceně vysvětleny základní pojmy této oblasti, a to trestný čin, skutková podstata trestného činu a jeho znaky. Další část práce se zabývá základními ustanoveními týkající se trestů a obecnými zásadami pro ukládání trestů. Následně se v práci nachází výčet druhů trestů. Nejpodstatnější část práce je určena zejména vybraným druhům trestů, které jsou podrobněji rozebrány. Metodika této bakalářské práce je především deskriptivní. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this bachelor thesis is incorporated into the field of criminal law. The main goal is to describe the issue of punishments or the kinds of punishments under the Criminal Code. There is an explanation of basic concepts of this area, namely crime, facts of the crime and its signs in the first part. The next part of thesis deals with the basic provisions relating to punishments and the general principles for imposition of punishments. Subsequently, the work contains a list of punishments. The most important part of the work is determined especially for selected kinds of punishments which are discussed more detailed. The methodology of this thesis is mainly descriptive. |
