| Abstract: | Pracovní doba a pojmy s ní související jsou neustále velmi aktuálním tématem, neboť se v průběhu života dotýkají každého z nás. Rozvržená pracovní doba určuje zaměstnavateli i zaměstnanci konkrétní časové úseky, ve kterých bude realizován výkon práce na základě pracovněprávního vztahu, který spolu sjednali. Obě strany tohoto smluvní vztahu mají přitom zájem o to, aby co nejlépe vyhovoval jejich specifickým potřebám. Cílem této práce je provést výklad právní úpravy týkající se pracovní doby a institutů s ní související a také provést její aplikaci do praxe. |

| Abstract: | Working hours and terms related to it are permanently a topical subject, because in lifetime it affects everyone. Arrangement of working hours determines specific time periods for the employer and employee where is a performance of the work carried out on the basis of the employment relationship which they have arranged. Both sides of the contractual relationship are interested in satisfying their specific needs. The aim of this thesis is to interpret a legal regulation of working hours and institutes related to it and also make its application in practice. |
