| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na podmínky založení cestovní agentury se zaměřením na destinaci Ukrajina. Práce se snaží zpřehlednit podmínky založení podniků v oboru cestovní ruch a to jak na Ukrajině, tak i v České republice. Cílem práce je zmapování podmínek podnikání v cestovním ruchu na Ukrajině a v České republice, identifikace nejpodstatnějších rozdílů podnikání v těchto dvou zemích v oboru cestovní ruch a volba nejvhodnějšího prostředí pro založení cestovní agentury zaměřenou na destinaci Ukrajina s ohledem na splnění nutných podmínek. Výsledkem práce je podnikatelský plán, který upozorňuje na možná rizika a případně i způsoby, jak těmto rizikům předejít nebo je eliminovat. |

| Abstract: | This thesis specializes in the terms and conditions for the destination Ukraine travel agency start up. Thesis is clarifying the terms and conditions for the tourism business start up in Ukraine as well as in the Czech Republic. The goal of the thesis is to chart business making terms and conditions in the tourism branch in Ukraine and in the Czech Republic, identify the main differences in tourism branch in those two countries. And last, but not least, to choose the most suitable background to start the travel agency specialized in the destination Ukraine. The reset of the thesis is a business plan for the travel agency start up, oriented to Ukraine. The business plan helps to identify the main possible risks, and eventually, how to prevent or eliminace them. |
