| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce bylo provést strategickou analýzu společnosti SOME Jindřichův Hradec, s. r. o. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy strategického managementu a metody strategické analýzy. V praktické části jsem na danou společnost aplikovala externí a interní analýzu. Dále jsem vypracovala SWOT analýzu, na jejímž základě jsem definovala strategii, kterou by tento podnik měl v budoucnu realizovat. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis was to perform a strategic analysis of the company SOME Jindrichuv Hradec, s.r.o. In the theoretical part are given fundamental characteristics of strategic management and methods of strategic analysis. In the practical part, I was applied the external and internal analysis of the enterprise. I also put together a SWOT analysis, from which I have formulated a strategy that the company should in the future implement. |
