| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem spojování podniků, která mají za následek ohrožení hospodářské soutěže na relevantních trzích. Práce si klade za cíl představit případnému čtenáři celou problematiku fúzí a to jak z hlediska teoretického, tak praktického, v aplikaci na tři nedávná rozhodnutí Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže. Práce je v závěru věnována zhodnocení celé úpravy fúzí v české právní úpravě. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis "Mergers and protection of competition" deals with the characteristics of the mergers of companys, that leads to the threat of business competition on relevant markets. The aim of this thesis is to introduce overall information about the mergers from the theoretical, as well as from the practical point of view, in the application on three decisions of The Office for the Protection of Competition. At the end, the thesis is dedicated to the assessment of whole adjustment of mergers. |
