| Abstract: | Práce popisuje vliv vztahů mezi zaměstnanci na pracovišti na kvalitu poskytovaných služeb. Je zde uvedeno, jakými způsoby komunikace probíhá a jaké to má dopady na zákazníky. Během vypracování této práce jsem používala více výzkumných metod, hlavně však analýzu. Po vypracování práce jsem došla k závěru, že vztahy a komunikace mezi zaměstnanci má skutečně velký dopad na kvalitu služeb a tato společnost má ještě co zlepšovat. |

| Abstract: | The work describes the effect of the relationship between employees in the workplace on the quality of provided services. It says the ways, in which communication takes place and what the impact on customers is. During the preparation of this work I have used several methods, but mainly analysis. Finally I found out, that relationships and communication between staff really has a big impact on the quality of services and this company can still improve them. |
