| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy z oblasti odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců. V praktické části je analyzován systém odměňování ve společnosti Irena Marešová ve vazbě na motivaci zaměstnanců. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření jsou navržena konkrétní nápravná opatření a doporučení vedoucí k zefektivnění systému odměňování a motivace. |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes the system of remuneration and motivation of employees in the selected organization. The theoretical part contains the basic concepts of employees rewards and motivation. The practical part analyzes the reward system in the company "Irena Marešová" in relation to employee motivation. Based on the results of the survey specific corrective actions and recommendations are designed to streamline the system of reward and motivation. |
