| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá nemocí zvanou roztroušená skleróza. V teoretické části seznamuje čtenáře se základními poznatky o roztroušené skleróze, jejím popisem, zmínkou o historii, popíše druhy a typy tohoto onemocnění a nastíní možnosti financování léčby. V praktické části zjišťuje postoje pacientů k této nemoci a zhodnocuje kvalitu jejich života. Nejvíce se ale zaměřuje na náklady léčby na tuto nemoc a to ze dvou pohledů. Z pohledů pojišťoven a pohledů pacientů. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is about the illness called multiple sclerosis. The theoretic part describes this illness, its history, types of multiple sclerosis and refers to economic costs. The practical part detected the position of patients and evaluates their quality of life. The most important in this part are economic costs of patient and economic costs of insurance companies. |
