| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem rodinných politik České republiky a Švédska, jejich vývojem od poválečného období až po současnost, jejich vlivem na porodnost v obou státech a následným porovnáním. První část je zaměřena na teoretická východiska, základní pojmy, principy a vazby uplatňované v rodinné politice a základní vymezení demografických pojmů v oblasti porodnosti. V druhé části jsou rozebrány vývoj a nástroje rodinné politiky a její vliv na porodnost v České republice. V třetí části je stejná struktura uplatněna na Švédsko. V poslední části je shrnutí a porovnání obou zemí v oblasti rodinných politik a porodností a pro Českou republiku jsou doporučena opatření k zlepšení podpory rodin s dětmi s následkem zvýšení porodnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor work deals with the analysis of family policies Czech Republic and Sweden, the development of the post-war period to the present, their influence on fertility in both countries and then comparison. The first part focuses on the theoretical background, basic concepts, principles and constraints applied in family policy and basic demographic definition of terms in the birth rate. The second part deals with the development and tools of family policy and its impact on the birth rate in the Czech Republic. In the third part is the same structure applied to Sweden. The last section is a summary and comparison of the two countries in the field of family policies and fertility and the Czech Republic are recommended measures to improve support for families with children, resulting in an increase in the birth rate. |
