| Abstract: | Stalking je nesmírně složitý fenomén, který se objevuje v naší společnosti. I když je předmětem studia psychologie poměrně dlouho, tak mezi veřejnost se povědomí o tomto jevu začalo šířit až v posledních desetiletích. Toto rozšíření bylo uspíšeno s rozvojem elektronických médií a díky tomuto rozvoji se stalking stal mnohem snazším a rychlejším než byl kdykoliv před tím a stalkeři získávali do rukou nové nástroje. Oběti se tak staly stále více zranitelnějšími a společnost si plně uvědomila potřebu kriminalizace tohoto jevu. Stalking je multidisciplinární fenomén, který prostupuje mnoha odvětvími vědeckého bádání. Přes intenzivní rozvoj povědomí o tomto jevu mezi obecnou veřejností se informatika a informační management stalkingem zabývají minimálně. Proto se tato práce zabývá rozborem stalkingu jako multidisciplinárního fenoménu z pohledu nejen informatiky, ale také z pohledu dalších věd. Tato práce poukazuje na jednotlivé aspekty útoků pomocí elektronických médií, na jednoduchost jejich použití a na metody obrany proti nim. Poukazuje na nutnost ochrany údajů nejen v osobním, ale i v profesním životě. |

| Abstract: | Stalking is extremely complicated phenomenon, which exists in our society. Despite the fact it's the subject of psychology studies for a long time, the knowledge about this phenomenon has spread to the public in the last few decades. This circulation was supported by the growth of electronic media, because in connection with this penetration it becomes easier a faster than before and stalkers gained new instruments to their hands. Victims were becoming constantly more vulnerable and society became fully conscious of the need of criminalization of this phenomenon. Stalking is a multidisciplinary phenomenon, which pervades many branches of research. Despite the knowledge about this phenomenon in public, information science and information management deal with stalking minimally. Therefore this thesis analyses stalking as a multidisciplinary phenomenon from the view not only informatics, but also from the view of other sciences. This thesis points to individual aspects of attacks through electronic media, to simplicity of their use and to the methods of defence against them. It points to the need of protection of personal data not only in a private life, but also in a professional life. |
