| Abstract: | Má bakalářská práce pojednává o tématu firemní kultury. Zkoumám ji jak z teoretické, tak z praktické stránky. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici kultury a firemní kultury. Konkrétně objasňuje prvky firemní kultury, její determinanty a typy firemní kultury. V praktické části se věnuji firemní kultuře společnosti Simpleway s.r.o. Cílem práce je doložit na základě dotazníkového šetření, jaký vliv má firemní kultura společnosti Simpleway s.r.o. na její zaměstnance a zda se tato firma dá považovat za vhodného reprezentanta silné firemní kultury. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor thesis is focused on the corporate culture. It deals with this issue from the theoretical point of view and the practical as well. Theoretical part is focused on the culture in general and then on the corporate culture. I describe the essence of corporate culture, its determinants and types of corporate culture. The practical part is focused on the corporate culture of Simpleway s.r.o. The main aim of this thesis, based on a questionnaire research, is to determine the strength and the influence of the corporate culture of Simpleway s.r.o. on its employees and if this company is suitable representative of strong company culture. |
