| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce, je vytvořit podnikatelský plán instalatérské firmy Instalin. Instalin je firma poskytující služby v oblasti instalatérských a topenářských prací. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na metodologickou a praktickou část. V metodologické části je popsána teorie spojená s tvorbou podnikatelského plánu, na jejichž základě, je pak celý podnikatelský plán vypracován. Praktická část obsahuje zhotovený podnikatelský plán firmy Instalin. Její součástí je popis podnikatelského záměru, stanovení cílů podniku, identifikace klíčových osob a konkurentů, analýza okolí podniku, analýza silných a slabých stránek podniku a v neposlední řadě vypracování finanční analýzy celého projektu a posouzení jeho proveditelnosti. |

| Abstract: | Aim of this work is to develop a business plan for plumbing company Instalin. Instalin is a company providing services in the field of plumbing and heating work. The bachelor thesis is divided into a methodological and practical part. The methodological part describes the theory associated with the creation of the business plan, on which is the entire business plan drawn up. The practical part contains a made business plan of Instalin company. It includes a description of the business plan, setting business objectives, identifying key people and competitors, analysis of the business environment, analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the company and after all making of the financial analysis of the project and assess its feasibility. |
