| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je navržení vhodné strategie podniku Budějovický Budvar, n. p., která by mohla pomoci pro jeho budoucí vývoj. Pro navržení takové strategie je vypracována strategická analýza a na základě zjištěných výsledků odhaleno postavení podniku na trhu, příležitosti a hrozby okolí a silné a slabé stránky podniku. |
