| Abstract: | Cíl této práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti Metrostav a.s. k datu 31. 12. 2011. K dosažení této hodnoty je využito výnosových metod DCF Equity a EVA Equity. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři stěžejní celky. Jsou to finanční a strategická analýza, generátory hodnoty a ocenění společnosti. V prvních dvou analýzách je stanovena pozice společnosti na stavebním trhu v České republice a dále je nastíněn vývoj celého trhu a případné budoucí postavení společnosti na trhu. Za předpokladu nepřetržitého trvání společnosti je přistoupeno k analýze generátorů hodnoty a následně je oceněn podnik již zmíněnými metodami. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company Metrostav a.s. as of 31th December 2011. The author uses discounted cash flow method DCF Equity and the method EVA Equity to achieve this value. The work is divided into four major parts - financial and strategic analysis, generators of the value and valuation of the company. In the first two parts the company's position in the construction market in the Czech Republic is defined. The author also sets the development of the whole market and potential future position in the market. Assuming the going concern the generators are perform and subsequently the value of the firm is determined. |
