Abstract:	Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat roli manažera projektu, zaměřeného na tvorbu krajinného prvku, aleje, a to od vzniku záměru, přes zpracování projektu po vytvoření podmínek (získání podpory) pro jeho realizaci v rámci místní komunity. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the main terms of this issue, the practical part presents an analysis of the given village, description of the project, set opportunities of village utilizable of implementation of the plantation and introduces the steps in the field of information and finding out citizens' motivation in helping the realization of the project.
