| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení možností vstupu malého českého pivovaru na trh ve Velké Británii. Pro analýzu prostředí a situace ve Velké Británii je užita metoda 4C, která má za úkol prozkoumat trh Velké Británie z hlediska národních specifik, zákazníků, konkurence a nákladů. Na základě této analýzy poté zhodnotit, popřípadě doporučit expanzi pivovaru na britský trh. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is the evaluation of the opportunity of a small Czech brewery to enter the market in the United Kingdom. To analyze the environment and the situation in the United Kingdom is used 4C method, which is aimed to explore the UK market in terms of national characteristics, customers, competitors and costs. After that on the basis of this analysis to evaluate, or recommend a brewery expansion into the UK market. |
