| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá přímými zahraničními investicemi rakouských společností v České republice -- vývojem jejich přílivu a stavu v průběhu posledních let i v kontextu nedávné ekonomické krize. Dále se práce zaměřuje na působení rakouských investorů v nejrůznějších hospodářských sektorech českého hospodářství a vliv těchto zahraničních firem na naši národní ekonomiku. Práce obsahuje i teoretickou část -- vymezení pojmu přímé zahraniční investice a jejich typologii, pravidla pro realizování přímých zahraničních investic vydaná Evropskou unií a Světovou obchodní organizací a shrnutí pravidel pro získání investičních pobídek na základě Zákona o investičních pobídkách. |

| Abstract: | A bachelor thesis deals with foreign direct investments of Austrian companies in Czech Republic -- with the development of their inflow and a state during last years. The recent economic crisis has been also taken into account. Further the work concentrates on activites of Austrian investors in various economic fields of the Czech economy and on the influence of these foreign companies upon our national economy. The research also involves a theoretical part -- definition of the term ,,foreign direct investments" and their typology, rules for realization of the foreign direct investments issued by the European Union and World Trade Organisation and a summary of rules established in order to win investment incentives on the base of the Investment Incentives Act. |
