| Abstract: | Tato práce se věnuje vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro vybudování nového sportovně relaxačního centra v oblasti města Tábora. Jedná se o popis současné situace na trhu se sportovními a relaxačními službami v tomto městě, dále o zpracování marketingového výzkumu a samotného podnikatelského plánu. Plán obsahuje exekutivní souhrn, představení společnosti, popis produktů a marketingový mix, personální zdroje, operační plán, finanční analýzu, analýzu rizik a závěr práce. Na základě této práce bude rozhodnuto, zda vybudování centra realizovat. |

| Abstract: | This work deals with the creation of a business plan to build up a new sports and relaxation centre near Tábor city. It describes current market situation of sports and relaxation services in this city as well as the processing of marketing research and the business plan itself. The business plan includes an executive summary, company presentation, the description of products and marketing mix, human resources, operational planning, financial analysis, risk analysis and conclusion. The decision whether to go through with this centre will be based on this work. |
