| Abstract: | V teoretické části bakalářské práce na téma Značka jako nehmotné aktivum firmy jsou vyloženy důležité pojmy, nástroje a metody, týkající se dané problematiky. Získané teoretické poznatky o nehmotném majetku, oceňovacích metodách a hlavně o značce, jejích prvcích a funkcích, jsou základem pro část praktickou. Předmětem praktické části je aplikace získaných teoretických poznatků z oblasti oceňování značky jako nehmotného aktiva firmy. Cílem této části je představení společnosti a především stanovení hodnoty ochranné známky a její řízení ve společnosti DataLife, s. r. o. |

| Abstract: | There are important concepts, tools and methods introduced in the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis on theme Trademark as an intangible asset of a company. All the gained theoretical knowledge about intangible assets, methods of valuation and mostly about brand, its elements and functions, are the basis of the practical part. The subject of practical part is application of gained theoretical knowledge about Trademark as an intangible asset of a company. The purpose of the part is to introduce the company and primarily to calculate the value of trademark and its management in DataLife, Ltd. |
