| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce s názvem "Strategická analýza podniku" se zabývá teorií a praxí strategického řízení rozvoje podniku. Její součástí je obecná charakteristika strategického plánování a řízení, strategické analýzy a jednotlivých druhů strategií. Dále je v ní provedena kompletní strategická analýza konkrétního podniku. V závěru diplomové práce jsou rozebírány konkrétní výstupy strategické analýzy spolu s návrhem doporučení, která by měla přispět k úspěšnému rozvoji nové pobočky popisované personální agentury. |

| Abstract: | This thesis entitled "Strategic analysis of a company" concerns the theory and practice of strategic management of a company development. It includes a general characteristic of strategic planning and management, strategic analysis and various types of strategies. It also has a complete strategic analysis of a specific company. In conclusion, the thesis is focused on the specific outputs strategic analysis along with the proposal of recommendations, which should contribute to a successful development of a new branch of the described personnel agency. |
