| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spojenou s osvědčením Oprávněného ekonomického subjektu a měla by podat ucelený a srozumitelný výklad, který pomůže pochopit podstatu a posoudit význam certifikace AEO. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je zaměřena na přiblížení celního řízení jako celku. Druhá část práce se věnuje pojmu oprávněný ekonomický subjekt. Zabývá se jeho definicí, cíli tohoto projektu, jednotlivými druhy osvědčení a nakonec výhodami z něj vyplývajícími. Poslední třetí část je zaměřena na význam osvědčení AEO v praxi. Jsou zde rozebrána kritéria, kterým musí firmy vyhovět pro jeho obdržení, dále přiblížen postup, kterým se bude potenciální uchazeč o tuto certifikaci řídit při podání žádosti a následném řízení o jejím udělení. Nakonec je z vybraných statistik sestaven shrnující přehled o tomto osvědčení od počátku jeho udělování až do současnosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the issues connected with the certification of Authorised Economic Operators and should provide a comprehensive and comprehensible overview, which ought to help understand the significance of the AEO certification. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the expounding of customs procedures. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the concept of Authorized Economic Operator. It deals with the definition, the objectives of this project, various types of the certification and finally with benefits arising from it. The last part focuses on the practical aspects of the AEO status, such as the criteria that companies need to meet, the procedure of submitting an application and consequent entrance examination. Finally, a summary of selected statistics, which should provide a general overview of the AEO project, is presented. |
