Welche Unterschiede gibt es auf beiden Arbeitsmärkten. Welche Beschäftigungspolitiken zur Unterstützung junger Menschen benutzt werden. Nachteile und Vorteile junger Menschen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt und wie sie dieses, nach der Beurteilung von Experten aus der Praxis -- den Arbeitsbeamten, auf dem Arbeitsmarkt ausnutzen können. |

Které politiky zaměstnanosti se využívají k podpoře mladých lidí. Přednosti a nedostatky mladých lidí na trhu práce a jak je, podle názoru odborníků z praxe -- pracovníků úřadu práce, dokáží na trhu práce uplatnit. |

What are the differences on both labor markets. What employment policies should be used to encourage the young people. Strengths and weaknesses of the young people on the labor market and how are they able to apply them on these markets, according to expert opinion - labor office workers. |
