| Abstract: | Tématem mé diplomové práce je podnikatelský plán. V teoretické části diplomové práce se věnuji jednotlivým náležitostem podnikatelského plánu a metodám, které se využívají při analýze externího a interního prostředí podniku. V praktické části je zpracovaný podnikatelský plán na Minimlékárnu Dlouhá Ves včetně finančního plánu. V závěru jsou jednotlivé výsledky vyhodnocené a je zde i mé doporučení, na co by se minimlékárna měla zaměřit. |

| Abstract: | The topic of my diploma thesis is business plan. The theoretical part of the thesis contains requirements and methods used in analysis of external and internal environment of the company. Second, practical part, elaborates business and financial plan of minidairy in Dlouhá Ves. There is evaluation of various results in the conclusion of the thesis. The conclusion also contains my recommendation what should company focus on, to gain better achievements. |
