| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je charakterizovat kulturu a gastronomii Peru jakožto specifické destinace cestovního ruchu. První, tedy teoretická část práce se věnuje vysvětlení základních pojmů z oblasti cestovního ruchu a gastronomie. Další části práce jsou pak charakteristikou Peru a jeho gastronomie. Konkrétně v druhé kapitole se nachází základní informace o reáliích, geografii a historii Peru, dále charakteristika cestovního ruchu v zemi. Ve třetí kapitole jsou nejdříve vysvětleny rozdíly mezi přírodními regiony, poté přichází nejdůležitější část práce -- charakteristika peruánské gastronomie a konkrétních pokrmů, které k ní patří. Poslední kapitola představuje nejdůležitější svátky, slavnosti a festivaly Peru spojené s gastronomií. Celá práce poukazuje na různé aspekty významu gastronomie pro zemi. Kromě významu spojeného s cestovním ruchem a ekonomikou země se jedná o význam v procesu zachovávání kulturních tradic a posilování národní identity. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to characterize culture and gastronomy of Peru as a specific tourist destination. First part -- the theoretical one -- deals with explanation of main terms from the fields of tourism and gastronomy. Following parts include characteristics of Peru and its gastronomy. The second chapter, in particular, involves basic information about realia, geography and history of Peru, followed by characteristics of tourism in the country. The third chapter, first of all, explains differences between natural regions, then comes the most important part of the thesis -- characteristics of Peruvian gastronomy and of specific dishes. The last chapter presents the most important holidays, celebrations and festivals of Peru connected with gastronomy. The whole thesis shows various aspects of importance of gastronomy for the country. Apart from its significance in terms of tourism and economy of the country, it deals with importance in the process of keeping of the cultural traditions and supporting of the national identity. |
