| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá požadavky podniků na absolventy programátory. Jejím cílem je zmapování nejdůležitějších požadavků, které podniky požadují po absolventech programátorech. Tohoto cíle je dosaženo pomocí rozhovorů s odborníky v oboru a následné dotazníkové akce. Práce obsahuje zhodnocení výsledků předchozích výzkumu na toto téma, náhled do způsobů výuky programování a zhodnocení výsledků výzkumu vlastního. Hlavním přínosem práce je zjištění nedostatků absolventů programátorů a z toho vzniklá doporučení na vylepšení situace. |

| Abstract: | This thesis looks into the company requirements for software developer graduates. Its purpo-se is to map the most important requirements that companies demand from software developer graduates. This is achieved by interviews with experts in the field and a subsequent questi-onnaire. The thesis consists of the evaluation of previous researches on this topic, a view on the means of teaching programming, and the evaluation of one's own research. The main be-nefit of this work is the discovery of software developer graduates' knowledge deficiencies and the suggestions on how to make this situation better. |
