| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi využití podnikových sociálních sítí pro interní komunikaci. Za tímto účelem je v práci nejprve vymezen význam interní komunikace pro firmu, poté jsou obecně vymezeny a popsány sociální sítě se zaměřením na sociální sítě podnikové. Praktická část práce sestává z terénního průzkumu, který zkoumá aktuální stav interní komunikace ve firmách a identifikuje problémy v oblasti komunikace, se kterými se potýkající zaměstnanci v prostředí českých firem. Na základě získaných poznatků je v závěrečné části práce diskutován možný přínos využití podnikových sociálních sítí pro řešení identifikovaných problémů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the possibilities of using the enterprise social networks for internal communication. First the thesis defines the importance of internal communication for the company, next it generally defines and describes social networks with a focus on enterprise social networks. The practical part of the thesis includes a field survey, which aims to explore a current state of internal communication in companies and identifies problems in communications between employees. Based on the results and findings in the end possible benefits of the use of enterprise social networks are discussed as a possible solution for the identified problems. |
