| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán a navrhnout internetový portál, který by netradiční formou zprostředkovával překlady. Výsledný dokument by měl sloužit jako podklad pro samotnou realizaci. Nejdříve jsou obsaženy informace o tvorbě podnikatelského plánu a také je prozkoumán princip crowdsourcingu, na kterém je služba postavena. Následuje samotný podnikatelský plán a návrh webového rozhraní, který zahrnuje i popis uživatelských rolí a databázové struktury. Mým přínosem v této práci je zejména rozšíření povědomí o obchodních modelech založených na crowdsourcingu a vytvoření praktického podnikatelského plánu. Ten může čtenářům spolu s informační základnou sloužit jako inspirace pro vlastní tvorbu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a business plan and design a web site that will mediate translations in unconventional way. The resulting document can serve as a template for business plan implementation. First, the thesis provides information on creating a business plan and it also explores the principle of crowdsourcing, which serves as a foundation for the service. The actual business plan is presented as well as the proposal for the web interface, which includes a description of user roles and database structure. The main contribution of this thesis is that it spreads awareness of business models based on crowdsourcing and creates a practical business plan. Readers can then use this business plan as well the provided information base as an inspiration for creating their own. |
