| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh řešení Business Intelligence do logistického sektoru. Jejím hlavním cílem je umožnit nejmenované středočeské firmě zabývající se kamionovou dopravou lépe sledovat a vyhodnocovat podniková data. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní principy Business Intelligence a analýza současné situace na trhu. Další část teorie je věnována specifikům této problematiky v oblasti logistiky. Praktická část se zabývá návrhem řešení Business Intelligence do konkrétního podniku. Výslednému reportingovému nástroji předchází analýza připravenosti firmy na Business Intelligence a specifikace požadavků na její řešení. Dochází zde k sjednocení firemních dat v podobě datového skladu a k navržení jednotlivých ukazatelů a dimenzí, z jejichž pohledu budou data sledována. Hlavním přínosem diplomové práce je výsledné řešení v podobě reportingového nástroje, jež může firma, která je problematikou Business Intelligence dosud nezasažena, využívat ve svůj budoucí prospěch. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on the design of Business Intelligence solution to the logistics sector. Its main goal is to enable the unnamed central-bohemian company, which deals with truck road transportation, to follow up and evaluate its data better. The theoretical part is focused on the basic principles of Business Intelligence and on the analysis of current market situation. The next section is dedicated to the specifics of this problematic in the logistics field. The practical part deals with the design of Business Intelligence solution to the concrete company. The analysis of company preparedness for Business Intelligence and the specification of requirements on its solution precede the resultant reporting tool. There is the unification of company's data in the form of data warehouse and the design of individual indexes and dimensions, from whose point of view data will be monitored. The main benefit of this thesis is resultant solution in the form of reporting tool, which can company, that is not familiar with the problematic of Business Intelligence, use as its future advantage. |
