| Abstract: | Cílem práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro konkrétní podnikatelskou příležitost v České republice, nalezení jejích potenciálních konkurenčních výhod, zmapovat konkurenci a provést finanční analýzu. Teoretická část se věnuje náležitostem podnikatelského plánu, teorií analýz a výpočtů, které jsou jeho součástí. Následuje praktická aplikace analýz a strategií ze zjištěných faktů a dat. Hlavní částí je finanční plán zaměřený na propočet více variant a nalezení obsazenosti ubytovacího zařízení na úrovni bodu zvratu. Z výsledku finančního plánu je odvozena efektivnost projektu, rizika a doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this Master's thesis is to create business plan of real a business opportunity in the Czech Republic, to find potential competitive advantages, to map the competition and to make a financial analysis. Theoretical part is about requirements of the business plan, theory of the analysis and calculations. The next part is applying analysis and strategies from discovered data and facts. The major part is the financial plan focused on more variations and to find out the occupancy rate on the breaking point level. From the results of the financial analysis sre deduced effectiveness, risks and advices. |
