| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá obchodní strategií středně velkého výrobního podniku působícího na trhu s potravinami. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, představeny metody strategické analýzy a popsány základní přístupy k formulování strategie. Praktická část práce obsahuje strategickou analýzu konkrétního podniku, která byla vytvořena pomocí PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti sil a analýzy hodnototvorného řetězce. Dále praktická část obsahuje návrhy varianty obchodní strategie, které byly určeny pomocí Ansoffovy matice, Porterova přístupu ke strategii a podle Strategických hodin Johnsona-Scholese. Poslední kapitola patří detailnějšímu rozpracování zvolené varianty strategie. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the business strategy of a middle-sized entrepreneur in the food manufacturing industry. The theoretical part explains basic terms, introduces methods of a strategic analysis and describes basic approaches to formulating the strategy. The practical part contains the strategic analysis of a specific entrepreneur created using the PEST analysis, the Porter five forces analysis, and the Value Chain Analysis. The practical part also includes suggested business strategies determined using the Ansoff Matrix, Porter's approach to strategy and the Johnson -- Scholes' Strategy Clock. The last chapter is dedicated to a more detailed elaboration of the selected strategy variant. |
