| Abstract: | Obsahem této bakalářské práce je představení společnostem systém pro správu podnikového obsahu, díky kterému mohou mít veškeré dokumenty uspořádané, jednoduše dohledatelné a především nemusí řešit duplicitu či nepotřebnost některých dokumentů. Tato práce je však zaměřena především na technickou dokumentaci. Pro bakalářskou práci byla vybrána konkrétní společnost, ve které byl analyzován problém týkající se technické dokumentace a navrženo jeho řešení pomocí implementace. Práce by se dala rozdělit na čtyři části. První část se zabývá právě představením ECM systému, jeho komponentami a následně detailním popisem nejdůležitější komponenty, kterou je DMS neboli správa dokumentů. Druhá část je věnována charakteristice vybrané firmy, pro kterou je v implementační části práce navrhováno konkrétní řešení. V této části je také popsána technická dokumentace a její tvorba. Ve třetí části je analyzován problém týkající se technické dokumentace v dané společnosti a sestaveny požadavky na jim vyhovující systém pro správu technické dokumentace. V neposlední řadě je navrženo řešení pomocí produktu Alfresco One a samotný produkt je představen. Poslední část je zaměřena na samotnou implementaci Alfresca a jeho pilotního nastavení podle požadavků firmy. Dané řešení bylo následně předvedeno společnosti. Tato část je zakončena zhodnocením, které bylo sestaveno na základě zpětné vazby od zaměstnanců společnosti, jimž byl návrh předveden. |

| Abstract: | The content of this bachelor thesis is the introduction of Enterprise Content Management to companies, enabling them to have all their documents organized, easily retrievable without having to deal with duplication or redundancy of some documents. This thesis is primarily focused on the technical documentation. For the bachelor thesis a specific company was selected in which the problem of technical documentation was analysed, and solutions using its implementation were suggested. The thesis could be divided into four parts. The first part deals with the introduction of ECM system, its components and the detailed description of its most important component - the Document Management System. The second part is devoted to the characteristics of the selected company for which a solution in the implementation part of this thesis is proposed. This section also describes the technical documentation and its creation. In the third part the problem of technical documentation in the company is analysed and requirements for compliant management system for the technical documentation are set out. Finally, the solution using Alfresco One product is proposed and this product is presented. The last part is focused on the implementation of Alfresco and its pilot settings according to the requirements of the company. The solution was subsequently presented to the company. This part is ended with the evaluation, which is based on the feedback from the employees of the company who have seen the proposal. |
