| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza nynějšího hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců ve veřejném sektoru. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřil na popis základních termínů, spojených s motivací a odměňováním, obsahem této části je také popis motivačních teorií. Dále popisuji odměňování obecně a specifikuji odměňování ve veřejném sektoru. V praktické části provedu analýzu motivace a odměňování ve vybrané organizaci veřejného sektoru, kde se zaměřím na používání finančních a nefinančních nástrojů, jakožto prostředků motivace. Situaci následně zhodnotím a pokusím se vytvořit návrhy pro zlepšení nefinanční a částečně i finanční motivace používané na Městském úřadě v Náchodě. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is to analyze the current evaluation and remuneration of employees in the public sector. In theoretical part I focuse on the description of the basic terms associated with motivation and remuneration, the content of this section is also a description of motivational theories. Further, I describe remuneration in general and also specify remuneration in the public sector. In the practical part I analyze motivation and remuneration in selected public sector organization, which will focus on the use of financial and non-financial instruments as means of motivation. Then I will evaluate the situation and try to develop proposals to improve the non-financial and partly financial motivation, used at the municipal office Náchod. |
