| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je komplexní zhodnocení finanční situace podniku Kofola a.s. Ve finanční analýze společnosti je sledováno 5 let v období od roku 2008 do roku 2012. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními pojmy, které se týkají finanční analýzy. Jsou v ní také popsány jednotlivé ukazatele hodnotící zdraví podniku, rozklad Du Pont, EVA a bankrotní a bonitní modely. V aplikační části jsou pak tyto metody aplikovány na vybraný podnik Kofola a.s. a výsledky jsou vhodně okomentovány. Závěr tvoří shrnutí, komplexní zhodnocení situace podniku a návrh doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is a comprehensive evaluation of the financial situation of the company Kofola a.s. Financial analysis evaluates 5 years in the period from 2008 to 2012. Theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of financial analysis. This part also describes different indicators evaluating financial health of the company, Du Pont analysis, EVA and explains bankruptcy and credibility models. Those methods are then applied on the financials of the company Kofola a.s. in the practical part and the results are suitably commented on. The conclusion contains a summary of the comprehensive evaluation of the situation and suggested recommendations. |
