| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je, vytvoření strategické analýzy a posouzení současné strategie podniku optikou systému Balanced Scorecard. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Zaprvé se jedná o teoretickou část, která popisuje misi, vizi, strategii a nejběžnější nástroje a metody tvorby strategické analýzy. Ta zahrnuje externí a interní analýzu. Výsledkem těchto analýz je souhrnná SWOT analýza, která je základem pro tvorbu podnikové strategie. Následná praktická část převádí teoretickou metodologii do oblasti reálných podmínek námi sledovaného podniku. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this master's thesis is to perform strategic analysis and assessment of corporate strategy by using the system of Balanced Scorecard. The thesis itself consists of two parts. The first (theoretical) part describes mission, vision, strategy and the most common tools and methods for creating strategic analysis. This analysis contains external and internal analysis. The results are summarized in SWOT analysis, which is the baseline for creation of corporate strategy. The second (practical) part combines theoretical part and real data of analyzed company. |
