| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá finanční krizí a jejími dopady na strojírenskou společnost Hydroproduct. V práci je popsána finanční krize jako obecný ekonomický jev, ale také je detailně popsána finanční krize vzniklá v roce 2008. Pomocí nástrojů strategické analýzy jsou pak identifikovány významné faktory ovlivňující společnost, z kterých je sestavena SWOT matice a na jejím základě jsou navrženy strategie, které byly potencionálními cestami pro společnost v době krize. V diplomové práci jsou vyjmenovány a analyzovány kroky vedení společnosti v reakci na krizi, které měly zmírnit nebo eliminovat nežádoucí dopady recese. Cílem práce je popis těchto postupů a následná navržení případných zlepšení do budoucna, které by společnosti měly pomoci v časech krize. |

| Abstract: | The thesis describes the financial crisis and its implications for the engineering company called Hydroproduct. The paper describes the financial crisis as a general economic phenomenon, but it also describes in detail the financial crisis in 2008. Using the tools of strategic analysis are then identified the significant factors affecting the company, from which the SWOT matrix and on the basis of the proposed strategies which were the potential routes for the company in times of crisis. In the thesis there are listed and analyzed management's actions as a response to the crisis which should reduce or eliminate the negative effects of the recession. The aim of the thesis is to describe the procedures and to propose the possible improvements for the future that should help the company in times of crisis. |
