| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma "Evropská legislativa ve službách cestovního ruchu a gastronomii" shrnuje legislativní změny spojené se vstupem České republiky do Evropské unie. V teoretické části je podrobně rozebrána struktura Evropské unie -- zakladatelské smlouvy, instituce a moc výkonná, zákonodárná a soudní. Praktická část detailně zkoumá změny v legislativě a jejich dopady na odvětví cestovního ruchu a sektor gastronomie a hotelnictví v České republice. Práce hodnotí pozitiva a negativa nové legislativy a skutečnost, jak nové směrnice a nařízení ovlivnily činnost českých provozovatelů restaurací a hotelů. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis "European legislation in tourism and gastronomy" summarizes legislative changes related to the Czech Republic after joining the European Union. In the theoretical part is examined in detail the structure of the European Union - the EU Treaty, the EU Institutions and the executive, legislative and judicial power. The practical part describes the changes in legislation and their impact on the tourism and hospitality sector. The thesis assesses the pros and cons of the new legislation and the effect of how new directives and regulations affected the activities of the Czech operators of restaurants and hotels. |
