| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce na téma "Zaměstnanecké benefity firmy Securitas" je regionální a časová komparace zaměstnaneckých benefitů v bezpečnostní agentuře Securitas. Bakalářská práce hodnotí vliv ekonomické krize na zaměstnanecké výhody, zabývá se fluktuací zaměstnanců v souvislosti s krizí a srovnává poskytování benefitů v pobočkách jednotlivých států Visegrádské čtyřky. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy týkající se motivace a zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Dále tato část zahrnuje problematiku celosvětové finanční a ekonomické krize, popisuje krizové řízení podniků a zabývá se uskupením Visegrádské čtyřky. V praktické části je představena bezpečnostní agenturu Securitas a program poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů v její české pobočce. Praktická část hodnotí dopad ekonomické krize na poskytované benefity této firmy a analyzuje fluktuaci zaměstnanců v souvislosti s omezením zaměstnaneckých benefitů, ke kterému došlo z důvodu krize. Závěr této části srovnává poskytované benefity v pobočkách čtyř států Visegrádské čtyřky koncernu Securitas. Poté následuje shrnutí analyzovaných výsledků a zhodnocení předem stanovených hypotéz. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the thesis "Securitas company employee benefits" is regional and time comparison of employee benefits in the security agency Securitas. This thesis evaluates the impact of economical crisis on employee benefits; it describes the fluctuation of employees related to the crisis and compares providing benefits in branches of different states of Visegrad Group. The theoretical part explains basic terms concerning motivation and employee benefits. In addition, it involves the issue of world wide financial and economical crisis, describes company leadership during crisis and Visegrad Group itself. The practical part introduces the security company Securitas and its program of providing benefits and analyses fluctuation of the employees related to limitation of employee benefits implemented due to the crisis. At the end of this part, provided benefits of Securitas` branches in all four states of Visegrad Group are compared. Afterwards, there is a summary of analyzed results and evaluation of the original hypothesis. |
