| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je finanční analýza společnosti PRO-BIO, s.r.o. za období 2008-2012 na základě veřejně dostupných informací. V teoretické části je kladen důraz na vypovídací schopnost účetních výkazů. Následuje samotná finanční analýza vybraného podniku za použití horizontální a vertikální analýzy, poměrových ukazatelů a komplexních ukazatelů finančního zdraví. V rámci hodnocení finanční situace podniku je prováděno také mezipodnikové srovnání s konkurenční firmou. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this diploma thesis is financial analysis of the company PRO-BIO, s.r.o. between years 2009 and 2012 on the basis of published information. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the information given in the financial statements. The following part is the financial analysis of the chosen enterprise with the application of horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio indicators and complex indicators of financial health. Within the evaluation of the financial position of the enterprise, an intercompany comparison with competitive company is carried out. |
