| Abstract: | Práce charakterizuje hospodaření a účetnictví obcí se zaměřením na dlouhodobý majetek. Vychází ze zákona o účetnictví, dále z příslušných vyhlášek a z českých účetních standardů pro vybrané účetní jednotky. Zabývá se zejména způsoby pořízení dlouhodobého majetku, odpisy, technickým zhodnocením, vyřazením majetku a inventarizací. V praktické části jsou pak zjištěné poznatky aplikovány na příkladu obce Janovice nad Úhlavou. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is concerned with management and accounting of municipalities with specialization of the fixed assets. It is based on the Accounting Acts, relevant regulations and Czech Accounting Standards for the selected accounting units. It deals with the ways of obtaining the fixed assets, amortization, technical evaluation, ways of discarding and inventorying. The ascertained knowledge is applied in practical part with the example of the municipality Janovice nad Úhlavou. |
