| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zkoumání motivace individuálních a týmových sportovců. V první části se práce zabývá především vysvětlením úkolů a metod psychologie sportu a jejich jednotlivých disciplín. Probírají se psychologické faktory, které můžou ovlivnit průběh sportovní činnosti a bezprostředně i samotné vystoupení. Cílem výzkumu, provedeného v praktické části této práce, je na základě dotazníkového šetření zjistit, zda existují značné rozdíly v motivaci týmových a individuálních sportovců. Na závěr jsou pak zhodnoceny a interpretovány získané výsledky. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is the investigation of motivation of individual and team athletes. In the first part, the paper explains tasks and methods of sport psychology and its particular disciplines. Discuss the psychological factors that can influence the course of sports activities and directly the performance itself. The aim of the research conducted in the practical part of this thesis is based on a questionnaire survey to determine whether there are significant differences in the motivation of team and individual athletes. In conclusion there are evaluated and interpretedvresults. |
