| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční benchmarking podniku z oboru slévárenství. Cílem práce bylo zjištění, zda vedení společnosti řídí podnik v porovnání s podniky v odvětví efektivně. Metodická část se zaměřuje na definování, k čemu slouží finanční analýza, na to navazuje pojem finanční benchmarking a poslední částí, které se metodická část věnuje, je finanční analýza INFA. Aplikační část se věnuje popisu oboru slévárenství. Další kapitoly potom obsahují analýzu a srovnání podniku s odvětvím. V závěru se nachází shrnutí výsledků, kterých bylo pomocí finanční benchmarkingu dosaženo. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis is focused on financial benchmarking of enterprise in the field of foundry. The aim of the study was to compare whether management of the chosen company lead effecively in comparison with another companies in the branch. The theoretical part focuses on defining financial analysis, it follows the concept of financial benchmarking and last part is financial analysis INFA. The practical part is devoted to the description the foundry industry. Other part include analysis and comparing with the branch. At the end is a summary of the results which were achieved through financial benchmarking. |
